    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This House has gone through a lot of pain to deliberate on this matter. My question, which is what the donor community is asking and what this House has asked is; what action is being taken now that the Appeals Board found that those charges were fabricated? I laid on the Table the minutes of the Appeals Board. What action will the Government take against those officers who frustrated and fabricated false charges against those officers? That is my question."
