    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when the Minister says that they are trying to look for money in the current financial year for the Haroresa Borehole, it does not make sense to me because the money was already factored in, in the contract they awarded to the contractor. So, I expected her to be forthright and tell us that they are dispatching monies that have been recovered from the contractor. More importantly, in respect of Bura, they are talking of Tula borehole. They are saying that drilling of the borehole is completed, awaiting installation of the pump set, the pump and generator set. I come from the place, and I want to inform her that no drilling has actually been done. If anything, they did drilling for about 30-40 metres. They said it collapsed and they abandoned the site.
