    "content": "THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended – (a) by renumbering the existing Clause as subclause (1); (b) by deleting the definition of the term “Minister” and substituting therefor the following new definition in the proper alphabetical sequence- “Cabinet Secretary” means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance; (c) in paragraph (c) of the definition of the term “deposit”- (i) by inserting the following new subparagraph immediately after subparagraph (iii); (iv) interbank transactions; and (ii) by renumbering subparagraph (iv) as (v);"
