    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 37 of the Bill be amended- (a) by renumbering the existing clause as subclause (1); (b) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after the new subclause (1) - (2) Upon payment of an insured deposit, the Corporation shall be entitled to receive from the institution an amount equal to the insolvency payment paid by the Corporation on account of its subrogation to the claims of any customer or depositor."
