    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 59 of the Bill be amended - (a) by deleting the word “published” and substituting therefor with the words “filed with the Official Receiver” in subclause (1); (b) by deleting subclause (4) and substituting therefor the following new subclause - (4) The Corporation shall endeavor to liquidate the business of an institution in an efficient manner in order to minimize costs and undue delay that may impair dividends due to depositors, creditors and contributories and cause losses to the Corporation."
