    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 76 of the Bill be amended – (a) by deleting subclause (2) and substituting therefor the following new subclause – (2) Notwithstanding section 7, the persons who were members of the Deposit Protection Fund Board existing immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, upon commencement of this Act, become members of the Board for their unexpired term. (b) by deleting subclause (3) and substituting therefor the following new subclause – (3) The officers or employees of the Corporation shall be deemed to be officers or employees, who at the commencement of this Act, are on secondment from the Central Bank to the Deposit Protection Fund Board. (c) by deleting subclause (4) and substituting therefor the following new subclause – (4) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (3), within twelve months after the appointed day, the Corporation shall recruit members of staff and all persons deemed to be on secondment to the Corporation under that subsection shall be eligible for employment by the Corporation subject to—"
