    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I just want to add that the same Statement by hon. Baiya was also asked by myself before we went on recess. In fact, it was the day we went on recess and the answer was to be given immediately. This issue is causing a lot of concern and panic in the economy. It is important that the Government addresses the House and explains what has contributed to the “devaluing” of the Kenya Shilling. It should also go a step further and tell the country how it intends to address the problem."
