    "content": "until that Bill has been assented to, and of course, you know it has been referred to this House--- So, even the process of assenting to it is not being taken into consideration for now. That Bill remains a Bill. That Bill has not met the constitutional requirements of the timelines set by the Constitution. The same Constitution has been so generous to the Executive that if they felt they were running out time they need to come here and seek extension of the deadline in accordance with Article 261 of the Constitution. All we are asking them to do is to follow the law, come to us and we will grant you more time. But you cannot just assume that we must be “understanding”. We understand, but the law is greater than our understanding. Thank you."
