    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. As you look through the cutting to show us whether it is admissible or not, I would also like to challenge hon. Kiema Kilonzo to declare his interest. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this House should not be used by people who go out there or send their relatives to go and extort money from the private sector and then come here to raise questions. We are aware that there are some hon. Members who send their brothers to go and extort money from companies. It is a shame. This House is being accused outside there that we are bringing Questions for money. I think hon. Kiema Kilonzo owes it to the people of Kenya to express his interest."
