"content": "The reason for this Procedural Motion clearly has to do with the many other reasons that I gave yesterday afternoon. It is now very clear in the minds of all of us, as hon. Members of this House, that we have urgent business that we have committed ourselves to accomplishing. I want to congratulate the House because last night, the Members sat until midnight. Indeed, the House Business Committee was sitting after midnight - I congratulate the Members - in order to agree on the Order Paper for today. For those reasons, I would like to urge that we continue in that same spirit in order to continue with our tradition as the Tenth Parliament, the Parliament that gave this country"
