    "content": "In his Statement, I would like the Minister to provide the following information:- (i) Who are the attackers or the raiders, where were they coming from and how many were they? How many residents were killed, injured and displaced, how many livestock were taken away and/or recovered from the raiders how many security forces were killed or injured in the process? (ii) I would like him to explain the continued failure by the Government and the security forces comprising of the police, Administration Police (AP) and General Service Unit (GSU) to contain these raiders. (iii) I would like him to confirm whether the Chairman of the District Security Committee who is also supposed to be the District Commissioner and the Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD) were at the time of the attack. What was the response in terms of efficiency and efficacy and why do they continue to leave away from the district headquarters in Lodwar, 50 kilometres away and even then, they are always away from the office? So, the Minister should confirm why the Government has failed to recruit the Kenya Police Reservists. The Government promised to recruit them last year to beef up security."
