    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, related to that one, is also an attack that took place in Todonyang, where the AP’s RDU Camp was actually attacked and the officers of Government were killed and injured. I would like the Minister to respond along the same lines, in terms of the attackers, in terms of the casualties and in terms of why the Government has failed even to protect its own personnel, that are supposed to protect the residents. At that rate, could the Minister assure this country and, in particular, the residents of Turkana County that they are safe given that even a Government camp was attacked by people from outside the country?"
