    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have this to say, that next Tuesday, it is anticipated that - I know that you are going to make a more comprehensive Statement on this matter - His Excellency the President will address a special sitting of this House. Then we will have to deal conclusively with the land Bills. The Minister for Lands, hon. James Orengo, ably moved at the Second Reading the necessary legislation, so that we can, again, be able to make history; we gave ourselves an extension of 60 days. But it is important that we conclude the matter of the land Bills, which the country eagerly awaits, as part of the implementation of our Constitution."
