Members of the House rose to seek the directions of the Speaker on a number of matters related to the laying of the Budget Policy Statement and the Supplementary Estimates by the Minister for Finance and their implications considering that the Finance Bill, 2011, has not been enacted. The hon. Members who raised or spoke to these issues were the hon. Member for Bura, Dr. Nuh Nassir; the hon. Member for Gwassi, the Chairperson of the Budget Committee, the hon. Member for Garsen, the Minister for Transport and, finally, the hon. Member for Rangwe."
