    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- (i) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs32,229,309,230 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2012, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2011/12 Financial Year (Recurrent) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs10,477,941,240 therein appearing. (ii) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs7,841,257,830 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2012, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2011/12 Financial Year (Development) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs25,091,468,240 therein appearing."
