    "content": "The only thing we are saying is that the CDF Act requires some amendments to bring it in line with the new Constitution. Therefore, I would like to assure this House that the CDF is there to stay. It is not going anywhere. We may change its name, but it is there to stay. The same applies to the Local Authority Transfer Fund (LATF) and all the other devolved funds."
