    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The hon. Member who is my friend has just made a very serious statement that money was stolen. We are in a country with law and order. What this House cannot be silent about is when we are told that public funds were stolen for purposes of an election. Unless the Member can substantiate it and say that tomorrow he will report the culprits to the police, then he should withdraw that statement."
