I have already asked why the revenue cannot be explained. If the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) says that they have collected this, the Exchequer Account where the money is supposed to be banked is reading a different figure and the Controller, Auditor-General told Parliament that he does not know how much is being collected in this country, this Government cannot explain that and there are differences, that is theft."
