If you look at what they are talking about - the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Report - it is one small paragraph on revenue. They have only talked about expenditure. We are talking about the following financial year. The financial year in question is the time he is in. In fact, I was even wondering how PAC could do such a thing – just a small paragraph. So, how did you expect me to know? I had to go and look at the books themselves."
