    "content": "Section 35 of the Income Tax Act is amended – (a) in subsection (1) – (i) by deleting the words “aircraft or aircraft engines” appearing in paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the words “aircraft, aircraft engines, locomotives or rolling stock”; (ii) by inserting the words “and deemed interest” immediately after the word “interest” wherever it occurs in paragraph (e); (iii) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (i) – (j) winnings from betting and gaming; (b) in subsection (3), by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (h) – (i) winnings from betting and gaming."
