    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I am proposing that we amend the proposed amendment to Clause 14. The amendment is basically to correct part (b) of the amendment to paragraph 5, which should now read “by deleting the expression “five percent” – which should be substituted with “ten per cent” – appearing in sub-paragraph (f)(i) and substituting therefor the expression “ten per cent” – which I am now revising to read “five per cent”. The effect of this will be the same. We are basically reducing the Withholding Tax for professionals from 10 per cent to five per cent. We have agreed on this with the Committee."
