    "content": "Section 95 of the Customs and Excise Act be amended- (a) in sub-section (5) by inserting the words “or such further period, not exceeding six months, as the Commissioner may, on the application of a licensee, permit in respect of that license” and (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause after sub-clause (5)- “(6) The Commissioner shall ensure that a metering device prescribed under sub- section (4) does not compromise the safety of goods or materials that are manufactured by a licensee or the health of consumers of the goods or materials."
