    "content": "This is because the Constitution says that a public officer shall not engage in the activities of any political party but qualifies that it does not apply to the President, the Prime Minister and Members of Parliament. When you leave it open--- We are public officers and, in fact, every Member of Parliament is engaged in activities of political parties. So, to leave this clause as it is, is to go contrary to the provisions of the Constitution."
