    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the hon. Minister talked about changing policy. My proposal is perfectly in line with the policy of Government of promoting competitiveness. If the Minister is honest, the earlier contribution he made was that he wanted the market to be opened for competition. Right now, what he is saying is completely opposite; that he wants to control those who are entering the banking sector. This is a clear indication by the Government to protect the banking cartels."
