    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me take this opportunity on behalf of the entire Government to thank this House for finally bringing to a close this issue of the Finance Bill. Despite the push and pull, at least, we made good progress and we achieved what is good for the Kenyan people. I want to just record those thanks for Members not just for passing the Bill, but for having sacrificed their time and staying behind. I am sure we will continue until we finish this business for the other remaining one small matter after the passage of the Finance Bill."
