    "content": "I would like to raise some concerns, particularly on the issue of registration of voters. Registration of voters is supposed to be continuous. However, here it is said it will be based in certain places and not in the countryside. So, I am proposing that we have this registration twice in a year and we make sure we do mass registration of voters all over the country. This is the only way we can give people chances to register themselves, particularly where the geographical coverage is so large that people cannot come to urban centres to register themselves."
