But when she talks of standards being high for those who aspire to go to Japan, I think the Questioner is asking you: What scholarships have you also given locally? If you know that you are trying to bring in affirmative action, then you could tell us that a few of the students from Ijara were given local scholarships. That is because local scholarships will enable students who do not have funds to join universities."
