We have always said the Japan scholarships, the Commonwealth scholarships and the Chinese scholarships should be spread as much as possible, so that every region in this country gets something. So, if we have an “A” student from an ASAL area who is ready to go for further studies, we will not hesitate. I would like to ask the hon. Member to give me that information because fairness is the rule in our Ministry."
