    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I move this Motion, I want to appreciate the fact that hon. Members have been quite generous with donation of Wednesday mornings, but we also realise that we have time constraints with regard to the matter of full implementation of the our Constitution. Since His Excellency the President gave a special address to the nation yesterday, at the level of the House Business Committee, we felt that we could yet again ask for Wednesday morning, which is today, so that we can begin debate on His Excellency the President’s Address to the nation from the Chair yesterday."
