    "content": "On infrastructure, the President must be commended for the action that has been taken to develop infrastructure. But, again, where are most of those roads headed to? If you go to Turkana, to travel from Kitale to Lodwar is a nightmare. So, we must soon look at how those infrastructure projects have been balanced. Can we say and look each other in the eye - eye ball to eye ball - in this House and say that, that infrastructure development has been balanced equitably across the length and breadth of this country as anticipated by the Constitution?"
