    "content": "However, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, our internal security leaves much to be desired. We have seen many challenges in internal security and many remain. Even the issues we are talking about like youth fighting here and there, all can be related to matters of internal security. Therefore, it is a major security of internal security; I would like to ask that the President addresses this issue as seriously as possible. The casual manner in which our security forces are going round in the country and clobbering people all over will not solve internal security issues. They need to address the insecurity issues professionally, not by shooting in the air and killing people in their residences."
