    "content": " Thank you Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, for this good opportunity to contribute on the Presidential Speech. At the very beginning, I want to commend the President, first of all, as a Commander in Chief, for the decisive action he took to ensure that Kenyan security is guaranteed by allowing the Kenya Defence Forces and other security organs to remove Al Shabaab from our borders. That is a very commendable thing that the President did. That is decisive leadership and it is very good for this country."
