    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, on the issue of infrastructure, the Coalition Government has done a commendable job. I agree with hon. Mung’aro that in the next Budget, the next road which requires to be brought up to standard is the road from Mombasa Port up to Mariakani. We need a dual carriage way there. That is really the main artery of this nation. That is where the resources are coming through. So, I recommend that the Minister for Roads should pick up from the Speech of the President and support the main supply routes in this country."
