    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, there are issues to do with bridges. There are certain roads which require bridges and they need to be considered. For example, when you look at the Namanga-Athi River Road, yesterday, majority of commuters were not able to access Nairobi. That is because the bridge at Kisaju was overflowing. You know that we train our engineers. I think they should be in a position to raise a bridge across a river that is likely to overflow. The water overflowing Kisaju bridge cut off communication and trade between Kenya and Tanzania. The same should be done in other bridges."
