    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the President alluded to CDF. CDF has done remarkable development in this country. I would like to say that CDF should continue even in the current dispensation. The MP may not be the manager, but he or she should be in charge of the development in the constituency. The CDF should come as a grant. It is should not come through the Budget. That way, each constituency will benefit greatly from that Fund."
