    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have a problem with Local Authority Transfer Fund (LATF). The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Local Government should come up and tell us how the billions of money which are annually allocated to LATF are spent. We want to see what development that Fund is doing. In my constituency, I have not seen any development at all as far as LATF is concerned. This is really very critical because that is a lot of money. It is more than CDF and we do not see any results out of that Fund."
