On a similar point of order, in the morning, because of the business on the Order Paper, we concurred that some Questions were deferred and all the statements. Some of us were expecting statements on the state of insecurity in Turkana County which the Government had promised to deliver this morning. I am asking for your guidance so that we are given another date. Secondly, in addition to your direction on hon. Kabogo’s Question, I agree entirely and hope that will be extended to some Ministerial Statements that Ministers have deliberately failed to deliver for a very long period including the one on Noise Pollution by the Lions Eye Hospital."
