He alluded to the issue of use of excessive force by the police and that we, as a nation, must follow the Constitution. Could the Minister clarify that the Prime Minister has directed him to discipline the Commissioner of Police following the Limuru 2B conference and whether he has done that? Secondly, if so, was the Prime Minister in order to address a Cabinet or a Government matter through the Press? Could he confirm that?"
