"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has told us that the Government does not condone extra judicial killings, but if I remember the report by the Human Rights Commission and Professor Ashton shows that the Government has condoned repeated police brutality. Could he confirm that the body of the late Samir Khan was discovered in Voi, but taken all the way to Wundanyi, about 12 kilometres away from the scene while the Voi Mortuary was the nearest? He should also confirm, like I had asked when asking for a Ministerial Statement, whether the members of the Anti-Terrorism Police Unit (ATPU) who were investigating the allegations against Samir Khan which were in court have been interviewed? This is because it is suspected that police who were investigating him could know something about his abduction. He should also tell us whether there are CCTV cameras in Mombasa Town and particularly Likoni, Nakumatt, where these two gentlemen were abducted."
