    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 95 be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1)(a) by deleting the words “tenants in common” appearing immediately after the words “land as” and substituting therefor the words “joint tenants”. (b) in sub-clause (1)(b) by deleting the word “tenants in common” appearing immediately after the words “spouses as” and substituting therefor the words “joint tenants”. (c) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the word “voidable” and substituting therefor the words “void”."
