    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 107 be amended by deleting sub-clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause- (2) In compiling the land register, the Registrar shall register─ (a) the Commission in trust for the county and national government as the proprietor of all public land in the area; and, (b) subject to the Land Adjudication Act and the Land Consolidation Act, the Commission as the proprietor of all unregistered trust land and unregistered community land in the area, subject in each case to any grant or lease affecting the land."
