    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I have a further amendment on the Order Paper and it is to require those rules to be brought and tabled in the House for approval. Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 112 be amended in sub-clause (2) by inserting the words “and such regulations or rules shall be tabled before Parliament for approval” immediately after the word “Constitution”. The purpose for it is to ensure the rules made by the Cabinet Secretary are also brought and tabled in the House for approval by Parliament."
