    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 18 of the Bill be amended- (a) in the marginal note by deleting the phrase “Composition of and appointment of County Land Management Boards” and substituting therefor the words “Establishment and composition of County Land Management Boards;” by deleting sub-clause (1) and inserting the following new sub- clauses- “(1) The Commission shall, in consultation and co-operation with the national and county governments, establish County Land Management Boards for purposes of the management of public land"
