    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for your ruling. I happen to be the Member of Parliament who has been injured by those allegations. I am a family man, a Christian and a Member of Parliament. Aspersion cannot be cast on the integrity of this House through me. On the material day, I was doing nothing, but my national duty as a senior Member of this House who has served for two terms. Anywhere I walk, people look at me with a lot of suspicions as that Member who is an extortionist, who went to Mastermind Kenya Limited and took money. The first salvo was thrown to me by my good friend, hon. Mbadi who alleged that on that material day that the Question came to the Floor of the House, I was outside and I walked in here. As we all know, the proceedings of this House are televised live. Further to that, I had to go to great lengths to request you, as I had reported to the Clerk of the National Assembly, that the Question be deferred because I would be in Mombasa.
