You have every right to say your piece as may be necessary, but Member for Mutito, we have procedure which we must follow in this House. On every day that the House sits, it has an order of business. What you are saying now is legitimate and, indeed, as you rightly say, you have been injured and you are entitled to mitigate the damage that may have been done to you, if not control the damage that has been done. But you will have to do so procedurally. Within the rules, I will be prepared to give you time to proceed under the Standing Order No.76 or any other Order, that is enabling. But for the moment, I am afraid, I cannot let you go beyond where you have reached. Of course, you have been heard. Kenyans have heard you. I had to give you that indulgence."
