    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am just concerned that it has been said that action will be taken against anyone who has talked about corruption in the House. I cannot disclose names because I will be going outside--- I will be imputing improper motive on an hon. Member. But relating to events of last week and the interest rates, I am aware that - I have been told by at least two hon. Members - the PNU wing of Government was being paid at Pan Afric Hotel while the ODM wing was being paid at the Gazebo; and these are facts. So, please let us not be gagged."
