    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Member for Gwassi and wish to assure him that the two pieces of legislation which he has referred to, namely the matter on national security as well as the legislation dealing with integrity pursuant to Cap.6 of the Constitution are being worked on and both of them have a deadline of 28th August. I think he can prepare to be able to deal with this matter at that time. But I know that the Ministry of Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs as well as the Attorney-General’s office are working hard in this regard. Secondly, I think the hon. Member did not hear me when I talked about the need to extend by two-thirds majority the Financial Management Bill which we propose to do next Wednesday afternoon. I think we will have to send out a four-line whip so that all of us are here because there is little we can do about this other than extending it by two- thirds majority. Otherwise, I agree with him that this House is up to the speed that is required of us to be able to deal with the full implementation of the Constitution. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
