With your permission and that of the House, I wish to withdraw The Companies Bill, Bill No. 23 of 2010 and The Insolvency Bill, Bill No. 22 of 2010 under the Standing Order No.123. The reason being that the Cabinet, a week ago, approved newer versions of these Bills being The Companies Bill 2012 and The Insolvency Bill 2012, which I wish to introduce to the House next week."
