Kajwang has talked about, flow from the Constitution, but it is important that they are in this particular Bill. If the Bill is enacted, it is right that those rights are contained in the statute, so that when one becomes a citizen, or when one applies to become a citizen, one will need not go to the Constitution because in the Constitution, one will have to go through bits and pieces to know what one’s rights are."
