We actually spent almost four days in a retreat with the Minister and my Committee, the Committee on Implementation of the Constitution, Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and also the Law Reform Commission headed by Mr. Kathurima. We went through everything. I think these matters have been taken care of. I am not sure that I know what value Mr. Ogindo’s amendment is adding."
